There is perhaps not a single person anywhere who has not heard of either Aliens or Predators. We all have pleasant memories of watching the many aliens as well as predator memories. In AVP: Evolution, it is now possible to take on the roles of these amazing aliens and play out your favorite movie moments. The story here is simple enough. Predators are fighting amongst themselves, with the super predators easily winning the battle. The predators decide to join forces with their arch enemy, the Aliens, to win this battle. The game allows you to take on the roles of either of the alien monsters – Predator or Alien. When you play as Predator, you have full access to most of the gadgets that Predator is known for. You get to wield the disc, which looks really cool on your screen. When you play as the alien, the focus is more on melee combat and crawling around the many tunnels and map areas. Given that this is an action game, you are looking at one of the finest graphics every achieved in an android game. The character designs in particular look fantastic. If you own a high end android with the expensive Tegra chips, you are in for a visual treat. The aliens in particular look as good as they did in the movies. The
AVP: Evolution android game comes with many settings that allow you to enable and disable many graphic features. The game has a number of exotic locations that include Temple Arena, Marine Base and of course, the very memorable Alien Hive.
Replay Factor
Given that the game has two modes – playing as an alien and playing as a predator -, you will be playing the entire game at least twice. While the general storyline is the same with both characters, the game allows you to experience both narratives from a completely different perspective. The game also comes with a number of upgrades and environment exploration is strongly encouraged by the level design. The music alone is worth jumping back into the predator role and hunt down all the super predators. The developers have to put so much detailing into each level, you have to play the game at least a few times to appreciate everything.
Conclusion
For all the great things that can be said about this game, it does have some minor problems. It is the
best ever android game 2013. The game has a feature of difficulty re-balancing, which does not work sometimes. You will find the game either becoming too easy or too difficult. This only happens in some sections of the game, so it is not that much of a problem. The story is great, the characters are designed beautifully and the gameplay is solid. The eerie atmosphere will transport you to a dangerous world right on your mobile screen.
